Athens Interagency Hub

As the Family Connection collaborative of Athens-Clarke County, we have and continue to be the convener of mission-focused organizations serving Athens residents. These convenings - Interagency meetings - are every second Friday at 9 a.m. at the ACC Library on Baxter Street, unless otherwise noted.

Georgia Family Connection is the only statewide network in the country dedicated to the health and well-being of families and communities. We connect our partners to the resources they need, we help coordinate and manage efforts, and we empower our communities to craft local solutions based on local decisions. A strong social infrastructure coupled with evaluating our progress is the best way to enable measurably better outcomes.

Once a year, GaFCP asks all Collaborative members in every Collaborative in the Georgia Family Connection Network to respond to a brief survey to share their perception of their Collaborative. The Collaborative Vitality Survey (CVS) was designed by GaFCP to help Collaboratives acknowledge and celebrate achievements while identifying areas for improvement and growth.

The CVS is conducted online to ensure consistency in administration and will open February 16th and remain open until April 15th. It is completely anonymous so please be candid. The questions will take you about 5–10 minutes to complete. GaFCP will not use the findings to sanction or reward our Collaborative, and they will provide us with customized findings for our Collaborative.

We want to hear from as many Collaborative members as possible, so please take a few minutes to complete using the link or QR code below.
