Neighborhood Leaders

The Neighborhood Leader program was started by the Georgia Family Connection Partnership with the support of Athens-Clarke County Government. This program helps residents in Athens connect with housing navigation, food accessibility, physical and mental health resources, and employment opportunities. Beyond resource connection, our Neighborhood Leader Specialists build trusted relationships with residents and partners in the community to help Athenians thrive.
